Vendor Application & Forms

The Bloomsburg Fair is largest agricultural fair in Pennsylvania and our Fair attracts over 300,000 people over its 9 day run. We are always looking for exhibits that have new and different products from those we annually present. In order for us to consider your exhibit and product presentation, we will need you to complete one of the forms provided below.

New Vendor Applicants

Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. While there is no deadline for applications, popular product and food categories fill quickly. Previous exhibitors and concessionaires are given consideration on an annual basis and may be invited to contract for the same space. New applicants are selected based on the uniqueness of the product/service, appearance of the display and availability of space. Applications will be held on file for three years, and reviewed each year pending availability. All applications will receive due consideration. Exhibit selection will begin in July and continues through the summer. Completing an application does not guarantee a space. If you are accepted we will be in touch with you. Pricing is determined by footage and location, this does change year to year.

All vendor and exhibit spaces must be manned for the entire 9 days of the Fair, from 9am to 10pm in buildings (10am to 10pm Outside).

Contracting and Booth Payment

If you are selected to receive an agreement, you will be required to pay the entire invoice once you receive it. The balance is due during the summer.

Certificate of Insurance

All vendors must have a 1 million certificate of insurance. Your certificate of insurance must be received by our office no later than two weeks before the event; if you are purchasing insurance through Bloomsburg Fair, payment of $85 must be received by our office no later than July.
