For 2020, the Bloomsburg Fair Queen competition, exclusively sponsored again by First Keystone Community Bank, was conducted under the umbrella of the PA State Fair Queen Program and observed all rules and regulations of that organization.
Although the 2020 Bloomsburg Fair was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Fair Queen and an alternate was chosen to represent The Bloomsburg Fair across the state and to attend as many social and business functions that were allowed during the pandemic. She also visited branch offices and the main office of the sponsor, First Keystone Community Bank.

The coronation event was held at the Industrial Arts Building on the fairgrounds, in Bloomsburg, on Sunday, July 18 with Bryndil Lei Kemler of Nescopeck being crowned the 2020 Bloomsburg Fair Queen. The alternate queen was Mackenzie Fish. There were a total of four contenders for the crown. Kemler, Fish, Millie Symbula and Sheryl Davison.
